St. Margaret's Catholic Church, Kahmar, Nett: September 20, 2025— Governor Stevenson A. Joseph, Lt. Governor Herolyn S. Movick, and First Lady Dr. Aina Garstang attended the memorial services for the late Benjamin F. Rodriguez, former Chief of Staff and Chief Justice of the Pohnpei State Supreme Court, at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church in Kahmar, Nett.
Governor Joseph delivered remarks on behalf of the Pohnpei State Government, extending condolences to the family and honoring the late Chief Justice’s lifetime of service to justice and public leadership. Associate Justice Robert Nakasone also offered remarks, reflecting on Chief Justice Rodriguez’s contributions to the judiciary. Unica Rodriguez, daughter of the late Chief Justice, delivered remarks on behalf of the family.
