Governor Stevenson A. Joseph, Lt. Governor Herolyn S. Movick, and First Lady Dr. Aina Garstang attended the solemn funeral services, joining family, friends, and the community in paying their last respects. In a deeply moving moment, Governor Joseph presented the Pohnpei State Flag to the widow of the late Chief of Staff, a gesture of gratitude and honor for his tireless dedication to the people of Pohnpei.
